What is the duration of the course?
Basic Course: 10 days of hands-on work in the training centre alone. Advanced Course: 10 days in the centre plus a 5-day attachment in the hospital strictly based on prior booking and the availability of cases (only 2 doctors per batch). Course for nurses and OT technicians: 3 days in a training center.
Is hospital training available?
Available for the advanced course. We can also arrange for 1 month of hands-on training in the hospital for gynaecologists with prior booking.
Whether full surgery will be given to the trainee to perform?
It depends completely on the skills acquired and experience level of the candidate.
Can ayurvedic or homeopathy doctors join?
They can join if they have a postgraduate degree (MS or MD) in surgery.
Can MBBS doctors or interns join for the course?
They can join the basic training course.
Can doctors from outside India join the course?
Surgeons, gynaecologists, urologists, or MBBS graduates from any country can join the course.
Is there any discount for joining as a group?
When booking a batch of 5 doctors or more, there will be a 10% discount on the total fee amount. Whether recognised by MCI or not, MCI/NMC has not yet started accrediting short-term fellowship courses. Accreditation for the training center: Skill India-NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation).
Who will be taking classes?
Classes are conducted by a group of gynaecologists and laparoscopic surgeons, who are highly experienced in laparoscopic surgeries and in conducting training.
When will the next batch be conducted?
The course starts on the 1st or 15th of every month, depending on the schedule of the trainers and demand.
Is there any training provided for animals?
As far as possible, we avoid unethically using animals for training, as we do not promote animal cruelty.
Is accommodation included in the fee?
Accommodation is not included in the fee. However, if required, we can book or suggest available options. We will be providing the working lunch and refreshments on the days of training.
